“I was diagnosed with panic disorder as a teenager and had been on medication for 12 years. Wanting to start a family I wanted to come off medication safely and with support. I was so worried as I’d tried to stop medication in the past and the panic attacks had returned. I’d done CBT via the NHS before and had some success, but I was keen to try different therapies this time. It wasn’t easy but I have a lot of trust in June and with the go ahead from my GP I slowly managed to reduce the medication and eventually came off completely. I now have a beautiful baby and I’ve continued to be medication free.”
LA had a history of past trauma and severe panic disorder. Using a wide variety of combined techniques including Psychotherapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, IEMT, EFT and HeartMath coaching she was able to put her experiences truly behind her and let go of negative reactions to her past, focus mindfully on the present and develop positive coping strategies. Her therapy journey was paced and gentle and she felt safe and supported throughout it. LA was motivated by her success at making the changes she wanted, and her self-belief increased as she realised her ability to maintain those positive changes.
