Hypnotherapy is a way of communicating with all aspects of your mind to bring about positive change. The mind is divided in two, your conscious mind is that part of your mind which is thinking about whatever you are currently thinking, your unconscious mind is everything else and directs nearly all of your behaviour. Gaining access to it can be extremely powerful especially in therapy.

Everyone is unique so it is less than easy to describe exactly what hypnosis is like however, it is often a pleasant and relaxing experience and similar to those sensations you may have just before you go to sleep or wake up.

You are helped by June, to go into this very deeply relaxed state, working directly with the unconscious mind. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will and you are always in complete control and conscious of what is occurring.
