How a session would work

Through using NLP techniques and hypnosis you will be guided in ways that help you learn how to adapt to stressful situations, resolve existing anxieties, and create new ways of managing your physical and emotional state. You will be taught self-hypnosis that you can use anytime. Self-hypnosis is when you hypnotize yourself, and it is a practical management tool and you do not need to have a hypnotherapist present.
